In these troubled times with phishers, spammers and viruses all try to steal, take over and/or destroy your computer I'd thought I'd mention a couple of pieces of software I find useful:

AVG Free Version - a free (for personal use) anti virus program with daily updates.

SpyBot Search and Destroy - a free anti spyware program - one of the best around.

Both of these will help protect your computer and best of all they're free!
